All custom products take approximately 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and approximately 1 week for shipping. Your items will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your location.

Refunds & Returns

Returns on custom items are not accepted. Once a proof is approved, it moves to production immediately. Please do not approve a proof unless it is 100% accurate. If your product is damaged in any way, please return it to us for repair.
